Our skin has tiny holes named as pores. Pores become close due to grease, bacteria or dead cells and these are the reasons of getting pimples and acne.

There could be many reasons for getting acne.

Stress is a major cause of acne because your body produce androgen when you are under stress and this is the major cause of getting pimples. To deal with this problem you must have to get yourself out of stress and to do some exercise.

2. Hormones

Due to the volatility of hormones, you can face acne. You can face acne due to hormones volatility in any part of your age and women can face acne during pregnancy or abnormality schedule in periods. Hormones volatility is the major cause of acne. Therefore, you have to do focus on your hormones level so that you can prevent yourself from acne.

3. Sebum

Your beauty products can also cause acne. Buy oil-free products and must read the label of products before buying if you are facing acne regularly.

6. Lack of Zink

Zinc is used for the treatment of acne. Lack of zinc in the body can lead to the acne. Eat green leafy vegetables because these vegetables contain zinc.


7. Touch Your Skin 

Repetitive touch to the skin can increase the risk of acne because our hands are not always clear from dust and from bacteria. We used to touch and pick so many different things that are not clear from dust or from bacteria and when we touch our face with dirty hands it can cause acne. Therefore, we have to wash and clean our face as well as our hands.

  1. Wash your face at least two times in a day with oil-free cleanser
  2. Use acne cream to remove oily stuff from your skin.
  3. Do not use make-up, which contains oil.
  4. Please remove your makeup before going to bed and clean your face thoroughly.
  5. Take a shower when you did with your exercise.
  6. Do not wear clothes with too much fitting.
  7. Eat healthy and low sugar diet.
  8. Reduce stress.
