5 Easy Exercises To Get Rid Of Double Chin

fat is the worst nightmare of every single one of us. Whenever someone gains
weight, face and chin are the first areas to be effected and the fat is stored
there. The reason of weight gain is mostly is high fat diet and lack of
exercise. Double chin makes you look more aged. Bur not to worry! Here are five
exercises that you can do along with healthy diet, to get rid of double chin
naturally.
Exercise# 1
This one is pretty easy and simple. All you have to do is,
pronounce the five vowels loudly and keep your mouth open while doing so.
Repeat this exercise for 10 times.

Open your mouth with face forward. Move your lower jaw to
left and then to right. Repeat this exercise for 5 times.

Sit
on chair and put your feet flat on surface then incline your head back in such
a way that you can see the ceiling. After doing this, open your mouth wide as
much as you can, that you feel stretching in the muscles of your chin and neck.
Hold this position for 10 seconds and the release. Do this exercise for 8-10
times per day for getting good results.
Exercise#4
Close your mouth and press the tip of your tongue against
your upper teeth, hold it for few seconds and then release the pressure. While
doing so, make sure that this movement tightens all the muscles at the front of
your neck. Do this exercise for 10 times.

Stand
straight on ground, the width of your shoulders and feet should be the same.
Tilt your head back, in such a manner that you are looking at the ceiling of
your room. Pucker your lips in such a manner that you are trying to “kiss” the
ceiling. Hold this position for few seconds and repeat it for 5 times. And
while doing so, try to relax the other muscles of your face.
Remember, these exercises are not some magic tricks that
will take your double chin instantly. For that you have to be persistent and
proper healthy diet should be followed to achieve desired results!
